You may return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which you received it.

Exceptions:
Please note that custom-made items and special orders cannot be returned, as these have been specially manufactured for you.

How to return an item:
Send me a message to hello@corda.studio with your order number before the cancellation period expires. I require a valid proof of purchase – you will find this enclosed with your order. The products you wish to return must be returned in their original condition and original packaging (if available). I reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria! Please note that you are responsible for the return shipment to us and the associated shipping costs! I recommend using a traceable shipping service so that your return shipment does not get lost and can be tracked!

Please note that the frame of this armchair is a pre-loved and used item, which may show slight signs of wear. The chairs should only be used indoors (or in covered outdoor areas). After the chrome-plated steel frame has been exposed to moisture, it should be carefully wiped dry (with a microfiber cloth) to prevent rusting. The armchairs should only be subjected to a maximum weight of 100 kg. Due to its design (‘spaghetti technique’), the backrest should generally be treated with more care (in terms of weight and pressure) than the seat.
