This vintage bench from the 1950s (in the style of or based on Carl Auböck) had broken rattan weaving. I reupholstered it for Ana with rope and matched the colors to her beautiful apartment.
The small wooden children's chair was lying in a customer's attic and had very dirty nylon cords. I rewove the seat and her daughter now uses it every day.
I received a total of six vintage garden chairs from this customer to redesign. The mint green frames were wonderfully intact, as is often the case with garden chairs.
The Belotti Spaghetti Chair is one of my favorite chairs to work with. Since the original rubber cords often break, they are quite easy to find on the secondary market. I appreciate the slim design, and the quality of the chrome frames is unmatched.
